Overview
Toast povides POS systems for over 2,800 of restaurants within the US. As a User Experience/Visual designer at Toast, I worked on a vast number of customer-facing projects, providing restaurants and their customers with an optimal user experience.
My daily responsibilities included meeting with project managers to comprehend project requirements, timelines, resources, and constraints. Additionally I collaborated with engineering, marketing, and other teams at Toast.

Kiosk
One of the largest projects I got to design for Toast, was the Kiosk Software for restaurants. The purpose of this product was to allow restaurants to provide their customers with a faster way of ordering food.
Goal
Give control over to restaurant customers by letting them order at the kiosk. This product makes the ordering/payment process faster and customers then take control of their experience. The Toast kiosk is able to remember the customer's previous order creating a personalized check out. The Kiosk also alows restaurants to customize their menu and add images for each menu item.
